Refund policy
Because of federal law limitations, we cannot refund you for medication which you have already purchased and paid for.
If you want to cancel an order before it was charged for and shipped, you may do so by contacting our support personnel. This is only possible if the order has not been charged yet. If a charging has been placed, you'll be required to pay a 10% fee of the overall sum to cover the chargeback fees. If your shipment is received damaged in any way, we'll send you a new one completely free of charge.
