Common applications
Diflucan is a medicine for the treatment of vaginal yeast infections. The drug is designed to make it easy to treat this type of infection without any mess or inconveniences. It's meant for oral consumption.
Precautions
Diflucan should not be used in patients who're also treating themselves with cisapride or terfenadine. Before using the drug, inform your doctor if you're allergic to any medications, or if you're suffered from any liver, kidney or heart disorders in the past few months.
Missed doses
Missing a dose from this medicine is not a huge problem, you can just take it as soon as you remember. If it's nearing time to take the next one, just skip it instead. Do not try to compensate for missed doses by taking extra, this will not help you.
Storage
The medicine should be kept in a dry, cool place at room temperature, in a tightly sealed container.
